Hamas Manipulates Amnesty International
The “most moral army in the world“, i.e. the Israeli army, has uncovered the truth about the latest Amnesty International investigation report on the Gaza war (operation “Cast Lead“).

Apparently Amnesty International, the “well-respected and ostensibly objective international organization” unfortunately “succumbed to the manipulations of the Hamas terror organization”.
The report was given the outrageous title: Operation ‘Cast Lead’: 22 days of death and destruction, greatly exaggerating the amount of collateral damage of the military operation: only 1400 people were killed in this operation (a very small percentage of the Palestinian population if we count the entire Palestinian diaspora).
The army also reminds us that that operation “Cast Lead” was aimed to stop the home-made rockets fired into Israel “on more than a quarter of a million of Israel’s citizens”, that’s, give or take, 178 times the number of Palestinians killed in the attack. Doh!!

In any case, how could Amnesty know what was happening in Gaza during the operation? All media and international organizations were kept out the fighting zone for their own safety. They couldn’t have inferred all these claims by watching from a distance!! Add to that Amnesty’s well known bias against the use of white phosphorous arms in inhabited areas, it becomes very obvious where this report came from, leaving it with almost no credibility to speak of.
It’s worth noting that Hamas also rejected the Amnesty report, even though their rejection is based on different grounds: the report accuses Hamas of committing war crimes by killing up to three (3.0) Israeli civilians with their home-made rockets. In other occasions, Hamas officials and scholars also rejected the theory of “rationality” as mere Western propaganda, having been corrupted after it was originally invented by the famous Muslim philosophers Al-Farabi and Ibn Rushd (Averroes). Al-Farabi and Ibn Rushd could not be reached for a statement.
